Two immortal heroes of the criminal world face off in this new adventure. On the one hand, Arsen Lüpen, the anti-hero thief who is a master of surprise with his practical intelligence; on the other hand, the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes, who is perhaps the only one who can cope with his mind games; and of course, the sworn enemy Ganimard!
An antique desk is stolen, but this is no ordinary desk; it contains a lottery ticket that has hit the jackpot and a diamond of historical value that has been implicated in a murder. Although Ganimard is sure that this is Lupen’s work, he is unable to solve the case and asks for help from the British detective Sherlock Holmes.
Let’s see if Holmes’ extraordinary powers of observation can overcome Lupen’s cunning. Or will Lüpen, the handsome and polite thief, manage to get away with it despite Holmes?
